The James Leary Flood Mansion at 2222 Broadway in Pacific Heights was built in 1915 and donated by Mrs. Flood to the Religious of the Sacred Heart in 1939. Today it is an independent school available for events after school hours and on weekends. Ceremonies seat up to 200 in the Grand Hall or 165 in the enclosed Grand Hall Courtyard. For receptions, the main floor holds 165 seated or 299 standing, and the Reception Hall works for dancing or smaller events on its own. The rental fee starts at $14,750, with 50 percent plus a refundable damage deposit due to secure a date.
