BayAreaWeddings.com is local-only and curated. Every vendor is reviewed before being listed. We cover 14 categories across 57 Bay Area cities - from photographers and planners to caterers, florists, DJs, and more.

Couples can browse by category and city, or take our matching quiz to get personalized recommendations based on their style, budget, and location - not ad spend.

For vendors, the basic listing is free. Paid tiers add visibility features like priority placement, quiz inclusion, and editorial features - but no one gets buried for not paying.

Why local matters

A photographer who has shot at Nestldown twenty times knows something a photographer from out of state doesn't. A planner who has coordinated at the Presidio Officers' Club knows the timeline constraints, the parking situation, the sunset window.
