Less searching. More conversation.

Start with what matters to you.

  1. Your wedding, not a template

Ask the questions that matter to you, from what to prioritize next to how to approach a planning decision.

  2. A budget worth talking about

Talk openly about what you want to spend and which parts of the day matter most.

  3. People, not endless lists

Get help connecting with specific vendors and thinking through the questions to ask before you choose anyone.

This is a starting point, not a promise of a particular result. Vendor fit, pricing, and availability need to be confirmed directly with each professional.

Before we talk

A few fair questions.

Clear expectations make for a better conversation.

Can I email instead of having a call?

Yes. Email info@bayareaweddings.com with your wedding planning question. You do not need a full 30-minute call. The email link opens your email client; you choose what to share and send. No appointment is needed.

Is it really free?

Yes. The 30-minute conversation is free, with no obligation to book a vendor or buy anything.

Is this full wedding planning?

No. The Wedding Desk answers personal wedding planning questions and helps you think through priorities, budget, and connections to specific vendors. It does not include full wedding planning, event coordination, or managing vendors for you.

Can you find vendors within our budget?

Your budget is part of the conversation, not an afterthought. We can explore trusted local professionals who may fit what you need. Budget fit is subject to vendor availability and current pricing. Specific recommendations, prices, availability, and results are not guaranteed.

Who handles vendor quotes and contracts?

You work directly with each vendor for quotes, availability, contracts, and payment. An introduction is not a reservation or a price commitment.

What should we bring?

Bring whatever you know so far: a date or season, location, approximate guest count, budget, and the vendors you still need. It is fine if some of that is undecided.
